Heavy Metal Wastewater Treatment

The heavy metal wastewater generated during the production process.

Our process employs a triple-stage filtration technology to isolate heavy metal components.

The treated water is sent to specialized agencies for further processing and recycling.

Machining Coolant Treatment

The machining coolant is collected for treatment.

The machining coolant is treated through a multi-stage process including oil-water separation, filtration, and disinfection to remove contaminants. The purified coolant is either recycled for reuse or safely disposed of by certified waste management providers in compliance with environmental regulations.

Iron Chips & Swarf Recycling

The iron chips and swarf generated during machining are collected and sent to certified recycling agencies for reprocessing.
